A year later and the woman herself finally has her own ref sheet

I only did her bf2 design becasue I honestly don't want to even think about my bf1 designs 🤮

But yeah I was motivated to finish this ref sheet. Just remind me to not tackle another ref sheet for a good while. The amount of shading I had to do for just the gold alone has murdered me, my eyes and my neck-

I also altered some designs. Mostly the sword but other than that, she stayed the same.

文清艳 (Wén Qīngyàn) colour concept 🎋

Motivation is very low (love to see it 😔✌️) and the only thing that is keeping me motivated is Genshin Impact and the Genshin OC brain rot;;;

This is only the colour concept so some things might change. I also got too lazy to do the bamboo particle effect for her but I'll do it when I do the full coloured version for her as well as fix the lineart.

Also realised I haven't even given a fullbody colour Raven- I'm a horrible OC mother I promise I'll do that soon fnwjsk

Lady Ningguang of the Liyue Qixing 🧡💛

I had this concept floating around of just incorporating some Chinese ink painting into my art so what better way to try it than to draw Ningguang?

I haven't properly painted in that style since 2012 so it's been a hot 8ish years. Glad I remembered how to paint chrysanthemums haha. Had to practice a bit and my right hand low-key hurts;;;

Worth it tho 😊

I also know some details aren't accurate but man her details are hard to draw fjejdks

A little fun fact that I only realised very very few people know about me is that I used to do traditional Chinese watercolour painting. I started in 2009 and did it for 3 years before my teacher was unable to teach for some reason I don't remember.

If I was to try attempt this again, I don't think I'd be able to recreate it but these are some of the paintings I did back when I started in 2009 so excuse how ugly some of them are 😂

To be honest, I don't think some of the paintings are from 2009. Some of them aren't dated so I've had to play a guessing game based on what flower I mainly painted for one specific year so some of them might not be in chronological order;;;
