i’m not a new simblr, just giving myself a fresh start after a bit of inactivity! my dash is a bit dead, so if you’re an active simblr reblog this post and i’ll check out your blog (or just to help spread the post!!) i prefer sims 4 maxis match simblrs and mainly gameplay, but any type of simblr is welcome to reblog!

When I originally made this build for my series, I knew I wanted to share it eventually. I felt it had the perfect floorplan for gameplay, so here it is for all of you to enjoy. This build is from my series, Lykaia. In season three it serves as Lucian and Annisa's current residences. This rendition of it is a bit different from the series. (Personally, I prefer this one.) I've made a few adjustments for functionality and aesthetics, but ultimately it's still very similar to the one in the series. The builds are mirrored versions of each other. Same exact floor plan. Also comes with a washer and dryer in-unit. I hope you guys enjoy it and please feel free to tag me (over on @ophernelia) in your photos if you post any! As always, please be mindful of my tou. ! I use and have made lots of texture overrides for the plants, trees, and worlds. Therefore, some plants may look different for you in-game.
