Michael distortion design is really hard

I’m drawing more of that one Michael thing but like sillier and better because I can make it better

But- like, uh- first I’ll probably explain how I immediately viewed Michael/the door entity in my head.

Okay so like- when I first heard like Michael talk- or Michael Distortion talk, it describing itself, the descriptions and just how he sounds my first thought is that the door is trying to be human but it’s failing because it doesn’t understand, like- human. Like how an AI will try and draw a human but add random bits because like- it can’t understand it. Like that, where the Door has the base bits but it’s-

Idk if I’m explaining it well but you know how like when procedurally generated algorithms get messed up and suddenly there’s like 12 of the same trees stacked on top of one another? Yeah, like that. How the Distortion is like “uhhhhh. Fucj- I think an eye goes there. People have eyes, yeah.” Of course that’s a comedic representation but mhm. It’s getting things twisted and wrong, like, I’m going in circles but yeah.

This is my justification for giving Michael two extra heads and an extra arm. Thank you for coming to my ted talk, the entire door entity is just a really messed up procedurally generated algorithm. It’s there because totally, uh, that’s not how a human looks but a human has an arm. It’s also probably why in my head he always looks like he’s changing in my brain- there’s no solid form, it’s a constant tangled mess of curls and eyes and hands all twisting and writhing together that I can’t quantify. He’s my favorite eldritch horror guys :3

If Reyna Jason and Octavian had a trio name what would it be I need some help 😖😖

Hmmmmmm…. That’s a hard one hold on-

Aside from saying something like Triumvirate/Triumvir(?) Fatum. Or Fatum triumvir (I think that’s how Latin grammar works, idk-) I think that sums up their trio

Three public administration officials in leadership with one another (the Triumvirate part; in our case it’s an informal Triumvirate as in canon there’s only 2 praetors/actual leadership roles)

While all the Latin digging I’ve found Fatum is, well fate. Or more or less fate, destiny, the gods, something said with Divine authority (as some lovely man on Quora put it. Oh yeah, I have such reputable sources/j). It can also be used in contexts as luck, or its inverse bad luck.

I like to think calling them the Fatum Triumvir in my head rounds out to be the three doomed by fate.

Also uh, the Lupa trio. That could work.

Going feral about underutilized Gods including Ares and Aphrodite’s three children

I love Phobos Deimos and Eros. Love them in Pjo (kinda, really like Phobos and Deimos and I’m constantly on the fence about the fact that Eros lost all of his stupid little 12 year old prankster silly guy energy)

Uh anyways

This is my silly little two panel comic. I love them and I need them all to be silly little brothers together. Maybe this will be colored in one day, maybe. Maybe one day I’ll also actually get all three of their designs down but todays not that day

(Maybe I’ll add a third panel and they all get to have sheet masks and be silly and Aphrodite finds them all passed out. I’m so normal about them.)

Michael is so silly I love him, please leave him be Daisy. Wait- no.

Daisy give me back my Michael Crew right now :( I don’t know how to feel about Daisy-

Thought gunshots didn’t scare me that much im crying now lol- that wasn’t rad of Daisy. Daisy kinda annoys me- she’s like- really aggressive (no duh Kleos-)

Poor Michael; doesn’t even get a proper burial. There’s a lot more content warnings for gun violence; oh boy here I go!
