Unpopular opinion: people should stop harassing SM for EXO’s comeback. Its coming guys, we all know this and yes we all want it and we all make jokes but when you post 10 comments in a row going “Give us a comeback” “where’s EXO’s comeback you cowards” “we want a comeback” etc. you do nothing but make yourself look like a 5year demanding shit from their parents.
Now before people bite my head off, I’m not talking about the people making jokes and I’m even one of those people. I mean the people who are actually being borderline harassing about it; we have all seen them and gotten annoyed because it’s basically inconsiderate of these people to demand EXO to strain themselves further for you.
My theory as to why the comeback hasn’t happened yet: they still had the final DOT in Macau, Junmyeon had a musical, Jongin was doing photoshoots, CBX had their own schedule to deal with, Kyungsoo and Sehun were filming (these are things I’ve assumed based on time line) - they are so packed already that SM may be doing something nice and not throwing a comeback on top of all of this.
That’s my thoughts, I am probably completely wrong about this and it could be a different reason entirely but I’d like to think SM wouldn’t risk all of EXO’s health to do a comeback right now.
Whatever the reason, we can joke about it, we can say “the drought is real” or make memes because we are good hearted like that but making comments on Sehun’s ig asking when the comeback is, or on the recent post on twitter from the EXO SNS consisting of “give us the comeback” is not the way to go.
People are going to disagree and I’m ready for people to say something about this but I hope that everyone understands that I do not mean everyone that is talking about the comeback wait is bad, I love the memes that are coming out, but the ones who are becoming harassing about it need to stop
