A scenario where a faction leader (Elder Maxson, Preston, Desdemona) gets replaced by synth. But instead of the synths acting normal, they turn around and say the Sole Survivor got replaced by a synth, and Sole has to leave for their safety, and either goes to another faction, and or decides to go find the human version of said replaced faction leader
