Maybe the reason the same crewmates can keep coming back to the same lobby over and over to play with a rotating imposter is because it really is a training exercise for the crew. 

Like yall are a crew headed into hostile alien territory populated with shapeshifting murderers so this is an exercise for everyone to practice how to stay aware, detect imposters, and even more importantly THINK like imposters

So the among us characters really can all reconvene at the lunch table afterwards like
