How does one find animation style? I'm starting to get into animating and would draw, but I just don't feel it properly voices individuality. Being a professional, do you have a solution to this?

"Style" is just an artist making things the way they like the most, which is something that they figure out over time. Don't try and force it- you'll be giving yourself unnecessary restrictions and arbitrary motifs, based on your underdeveloped relationship with what you want to be making. Having a style may function as a 'brand', but that's secondary to you developing a strong, personal dialogue with your creative self and satisfying it as best you can, and that's not something you can fake by artificially inventing and sticking to a style. Just make exactly what you want to make, no wrong answers, and as you become confident and familiar in your processes, your particular artistic sensibilities will gradually become more and more prominent and distinctive, whether you like it or not.
