May I request a scenario with a gender neutral reader and Riddle cuddling in bed after they've had a really rough day? The reader hasn't been feeling too well lately and having Riddle cuddle with them helps them loosen up a lil

When Riddle opened the door to see you, his heart broke at the sight of your state. Dark circles were under your eyes, you looked as though you haven’t slept in days. He knew that your schoolwork was piling up on you but he thought that you would be able to handle it on your own. After all, you said so yourself before all this and he believed you. But seeing your state now, he regretted not doing anything and letting you suffer like this.

He frowned, approaching your slumped form. The light in your eyes had dulled down. 

“Why didn’t you tell me you needed help?” Riddle asked, making your head snap to look at him. 

You pursed your lips, as if you were hesitant about answering. 

He sat down beside you, still staring at you expectantly for an answer. 

A sigh left your lips and you buried your head into a pillow that you were holding. “I justㅡ” Your voice was somewhat muffled by the pillow but still coherent enough to understand. “I didn’t want you to get worried. You already have a lot on your plate as the Heartslabyul dorm leader.” 

Riddle frowned and brought your body close to his, wrapping his arms around you. “You matter to me far more than those duties. Don’t forget that.” And it was true. You’re the only person that he’d put above the rules and his responsibilities. You deserved so much better than what you were experiencing right now. 

He placed a chaste kiss on your forehead and let you snuggle into the blankets with him. You seemed to be breathing steadily and your posture relaxed. 

“Everything will be alright. I’m here for you,” he reassured you in a soft tone. 

Your eyes fluttered shut, burying your face into his chest. “Thank you…” Your voice was barely a whisper.
