Byakuya of the dreams is described as a 18 to 20 years old man in the OG Inuyasha. And for the fact that him and Kagura are Twins, who were just born at different times, we can go out to the conclusion, that Kagura also had to be somewhere between 18 and 20. So they both were adults. And Riku, who is now told to be a part of Kirinmaru, appears also like an 18 year old.

So, Kagura and Byakuya. Both look exactly like their age. Kagura looks more 18 and Byakuya looks like he's in his twenties.

And there we have "18 year old" Rin.

So, either Jaken doesn't know how to count the age of a person or Sunrise is just extremely fucked up.

I have seen a video recently and cleared a lot of my mind. It is about why american movies today are so bad in quality, and some points are intriguing.

Some of arguments are:

1) With all the money of production, marketing and stuff, it is not allowed to be horrible, just to honor it's investment.

2) They are not allowed to do lazy choices of plot, it is a insult of intelligence and with the public.

3) They do not know wich public they are ainming at. Some political agenda here, some nostalgia there, some deep adaptations of the original scource...

This is some of the arguments, and I think it fits Trashahime very well. Like, I doubt That a Company like Sunrise, workning with a global famous anime like Inuyasha, doesn't have the money to do a better quality animation and drawing than the original series.

I cannot see why they think that lazy choices would make more money than an effort in the plot. And I am not fully talking about Sessrin, I am also talking of InuKag out of scene for one entire season, Moroha being sold out, Sango being a Housewife, Zero's motivations, Sesshoumaru's lost stoicism back,...

And Finally. Wich public are thry aiming? It cannot be a new and young one, not with pedo message of "love", not with bad action scenes and weak villains, not with a horrible story that do not explain the references.

It cannot be the original fans. Not with all those betrayals, Shiori, Sango, Inukag, KogAyame, KohRin, and all the bad choices of plot that they make.

To end my monologue, I just wanted to tell that, SessRin IS the worst of it all, but the whole serie is broken deeply in so many aspects, that make me ask myself: "Is this trash really making enough money to support itself? They are 'making', not 'losing' really?"

Well, like Qui Gon Jin once said, I copy his words to define Sunrise's team: "The hability of speaking does not make one inteligent."

If this is the case with Sunrise it explains a lot then. So I'll say it again: Don't follow them, don't interact with any of their 'official' social media and do not buy whatever they sell on merchandise.

The entire purpose of Yashahime is to make money. There's no heart or dedication at all behind this knockoff series and we can see it clearly now. It's not worth anyone's precious sentiment, time and attention.

Also, nowhere does it state that Sesshomaru felt compassion/sympathy/pity for her (that was what Rin’s second death was for). That’s your own headcanon (throwing sessrinners words back at them) of what he felt. What it says is that he mourns her. You don’t grieve the loss of someone that meant nothing to you.

It’s funny how you can easily shut down their arguments with just pages from the manga. The dialogue in Sesshomaru’s fight against Moryomaru even highlights his anger and lack of composure being so unlike him (as if that’s not obvious). Tenseiga was able to be reforged into a fighting sword bc of his feelings towards Kagura, and nearly every time he remembers her it’s her smiling face. If he truly just felt guilty or pitied her, don’t you think most of his memories of her would be when she was suffering? 

Also this expression of hurt and grief before he takes the fighting tenseiga. Kagura is the closest thing Sesshomaru had to a love interest in canon. She wanted to see him before she died and he came to her knowingly almost as if their feelings were connected, and she was the first person he wanted to save on his own without tenseiga telling him to. He is shown throwing a whole tantrum about her death and seeing someone mock her memory, to the point of him breaking his sword. It’s all in the manga, and the way yall get so pissed when one of your own says they think he had feelings for Kagura and add them to your block list is also very telling. Kagura dying was the natural outcome of her circumstances along with the fact Sesshomaru did not realize what she meant to him and act to save her until it was too late, which is a common romantic trope. The fact that Kagura died does not negate SessKagu in the slightest, not all couples are meant to have a happy ending.
