"Only if you play with me," Kate smiled, seeing Francesca light up when talking about music felt amazing. She loved her new family, the Bridgertons were all so wonderful, and while Francesca was the quietest of the siblings, Kate loved watching her at her most passionate.

"The name fits, it's a very joyful sounding song. But I think some credit should be given to your playing."

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to startle you." Kate said moving to stand by the instrument so that they could talk.

"I do, but not half as well as you, I'm barely passable." Kate said with a smile.

Edwina was the musical one, but now with Kate married to Anthony and Edwina abroad, Kate wished more than anything to get to know this new family she'd married into.

"What are you playing, is it new?" Kate asked gesturing to the sheet music.

I've only seen through 3x07, but oh my God, Kate is AWAKE!

how are you so quiet about it? your sadness i mean. how do you hold it in your chest, in your eyes, in your teeth without letting it speak; how does it stay still?

"Oh yes, the color suits you." Kate smiled, last season she'd helped Edwina prepare for balls, now she was helping her new sisters. Though Eloise had declined any such help before Kate could even offer.

"May I?" The necklace Francesca was to wear tonight sat nearby, delicate and beautiful. Kate would be honored if her newest sister let her help even in a small way.

"You don't seem excited for tonight... would you like to talk about it?"

"You look beautiful, Bon." (From Kate because I need these two being sisters)

Francesca hadn't been so sure about the dress she had picked out for the upcoming ball. If she had her own way, she would have remained at Bridgerton House and spent the evening playing the pianoforte but she couldn't. She had to find a husband and the sooner she found one, the quicker all this was over. She looked up at Kate and smiled shyly. "Do you think so?" she questioned.
