Siena was usually put together, but the little sigh that left Siena when Allie kissed her was anything but put together.

The second Allie's lips brushed hers and her hand came to rest at Siena's neck, Siena melted and chased after Allie's lips for more. This felt so right, and she needed more!

Biting her lip for a second, Siena leaned into the teasing touch along her jaw.

"I'm not saying it can't be a useful quality." Daphne said with a small smile.

"All I want for you is to be happy, with someone worthy of you, though I think I need to find a better approach, we shouldn't be at odds, we are sisters." Maybe motherhood was helping Daphne see she hadn't always been good to her sister.

"You are amazing Elosie, I'm sorry I haven't always told you so."

"I am sure Simon would appreciate the endorsement." Daphne joked 'isn't so terrible' was a compliment when it came to Eloise.

"Maybe he has found you, he just hasn't approached you yet because he's intimidated." Daphne said, Eloise could be difficult to approach at times.

Kate hadn't been expecting that, her eyebrows rose before she could mask her surprise.

"Your sister?" Kate quickly scanned the ballroom for a young lady with a passing resemblance to the man she was speaking to.

"Tell me about your sister, what is she like?"

Ah, so that was why he was here, Kate couldn't fault him. He wasn't the first suitor to try to get to Edwina through Kate.

"She is well. Have you been introduced?" Unless Mary or Lady Danbury had made the introductions quickly while Kate momentarily distracted, she knew they had not.
