Me: damn, how am I going to memorize all the names of these new monsters?!

My Thoughts on the Palworld vs. Pokémon Debate

Let both games exist. Yes, Palworld is a monster-catching game, like Pokémon, but hyping it up as a Pokémon-killer probably won't do anything but harm Palworld itself. Just look at how Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl crumbled under its own hype that the devs tried to rein in! Everyone hyped it up as a Smash-killer, and in the end, so many of them were disappointed by the game having first-game syndrome and seeming like it was made by a relatively-small indie team, which it always was. Also, like Palworld and Pokémon, it was aiming for a different crowd from the one Super Smash Bros. was aiming for.
