Theres A New Trend In Town And Its Contained Themes! Im Not Sure If Theres A Term/label For Them Yet

There’s a new trend in town and it’s contained themes! I’m not sure if there’s a term/label for them yet but that’s what I call them. I had a few people ask me about it since I made one (Id)/used it for my tutorial pages/it’s not included in the theme making tutorial. If you know how to make themes but just don’t know how to achieve this layout, trust me it’s simpler than you think!

This short tutorial is easy to use if you know the simple workings of theme making, HTML, and CSS. (Or theme making tutorial.)

KM Sharing a room?

Let’s talk about THIS moment again!

*I apologize in advance for some of the poor quality gifs, it’s the best I could do*

I remain quite skeptical about a lot of KM moments but this one was exactly how it appeared to me, no layers or misunderstandings to be had.  This moment belongs under the category as one those hidden gem moments that have led me to believe that KM are indeed something more.

Let’s break this moment down. At the beginning of the Summer Package it shows all the members being recorded (appears secretly) while walking into their hotel rooms. It seems like BH wanted to get a raw reaction from BTS as they walked in? I find it odd that they would do this considering the recent concept photos but not surprised. After watching the clips a few times, you can tell that the members were not expecting the cameras to be in there, at all.

My favorite reaction is from Yoongi, who literally checks to see that the camera is recording (and/or the staff could have left a note of directions about what to do w/the camera) and heavily sighs, then proceeds to ignore it. You can see he was kind of pissed off about it.

I also love Tae’s reaction because he used the “hidden” camera as an opportunity to dance obnoxiously as he’s the type of person who seizes a moment and just goes with the flow. 

Now to KM: Both Jungkook and Jimin walk into the room and then abruptly stop once seeing the camera. It’s not a “reach” when you can clearly see (well maybe not in my blurry ass gifs but anyways) you can see a slight panic in Jimin’s face as he realizes that they’re being recorded. Being the professional that he is, he quickly collects himself and goes, “Wow it’s a nice room.” Then they casually walk in.

Jungkook repositions the camera as Jimin walks around the room.

Note in the two gifs above that Jimin walks across the room (possibly to look out the window?), then goes past the bed, and goes back to leave out the same door in which they entered. But not without telling Jungkook to come to his room if he gets bored. After that Jungkook just stands there eating chocolate. 

This gif below gives us a clearer view of the entire room. 

Also note that earlier Jungkook had placed the camera on the end of the desk/table (behind him with the TV on it), so that shows us that Jimin didn’t walk to the other side into an adjoining room, he did in fact leave from the door in which they entered.

In conclusion, given the fact that they both got so awkward upon seeing the camera and how Jimin leaves so suddenly, makes it appear that they were planning on sharing. If they were just merely hanging out, why didn’t Jimin just stay and talk/joke around? All the members had identical rooms, they knew that, (besides Jin who won the suite beforehand), so his intention was not to simply check out what Jungkook’s room looked like as he seemed to indicate after observing the camera. They were literally caught trying to share a room together, which is something that most of us already suspected.  This is one of those rare moments that we get between KM where I understand and think to myself, “Yup this is why GCFT exists, why GCFS had those lyrics only while Jimin was on screen, why Satellite Jeon exists, and why every other eyebrow raising KM thing exists. And I agree with many, no it’s not that deep. They’re right it isn’t, it is exactly how it appears, which is why I support them as a possible couple.
