Armless Chisaki in JP dub sound pathetic. A depressed, full of regret, post heavy crying shaken dry heaving voice. He barely have any voice left in him, since he is probably haven’t talk to anyone since his lock up. He sound like someone squeezed his throat when he’s talking and you can barely hear it over background noise compare to everyone else

Armless Chisaki in EN dub sound angry. A bottled up, loud demanding angry shaking yelling. Still full of energy and power of the pre arm snatched Overhaul.
