I don't have a name for this one, feel free to suggest one.

When I was on Tumblr in 2014, I had to leave because of "thinspos" and other posts like that. It made it hard for me to want to eat and strive for the least amount of calories as possible. I've come a long way and feel good. This is a soup I made for lunch today. It's progresso hearty chicken and rotini, hummus, red pepper, onion, spinach, carrots, mushrooms, Canadian bacon, harbano pepper (just one lol), Melinda fire roasted harbano garlic hot sauce ( I like it HOT) and sour cream. I ate more than what's in the photo, but aesthetics lol. This isn't the only meal I've had today, nor will it be the last.

I've grown to live with the moto "It's not what you can take away, but what you can add". I hope the very best for every single one of you and hope all of you have a good day and eat a good meal 🩷
