That means they have to report their patient to authorities if they think their patient is going to hurt someone. You think if I told them I was actively planning to kill a person who hurt me, they'd break that for my sake? Yeah, Cyrus is a mass murderer, but they'll probably do something about it anyway because 'eVeN mAsS mUrDeReRs hAvE rIgHtS.' The day I talk to a therapist is the day I can find one who'll be loyal to me instead of to the Establishment."

And even if there's no sympathy for Cyrus, there are scores of others she wants to kill--and has killed, in fact--who they would most definitely have to report about if she ever told them her plans. But she's not telling this kid--they don't seem like a snitch, but she's only just met them and they started arguing with her in defense of people she doesn't like, so who knows?

When I have the headspace to work on serious things again I'm going to update the punishment Cyrus got to be significantly harsher. I looked at it again and went Arceus may be a jerk, but he's not letting the guy off that easy.
