Been thinking about those designs in which season 4 c!Quackity has burn scars on his arms and only his arms. And realized that there are two equally believable, equally gut-wrenching explanations:

The first is that after c!Charlie couldn't make it to the sand and died, c!Quackity plunged his bare hands into the lava to scoop up the remains and carry them away, so distraught that he forgot or simply didn't care that he needed netherite to protect his hands from the heat.

The second is that c!Charlie himself was the source of the burns, that his slime began to boil and dissolve as soon as he fell too far, that he and c!Quackity made it to each other but he still melted through c!Quackity's fingers and clung to his body like superheated glue until his skin, too, was melting.

In either case, one thing is apparent, written clearly on flesh: c!Quackity did not let him go.

the group talkin about like what species they are and it sparked my ideas again... q!slime sayin he thinks (??) he's just a guy (???). honestly just confirms my headcanon that q!slime thinks he is a human despite technically being a slime just impersonating a human. like cmon man he transformed into gegg there's no way he's NOT slime. but i don't think q!slime really thinks about it he's just like "yup guys im human!! (not convincing anyone)"

These are just the last three fics I wrote. I appreciate the likes, believe me I do, but you have to understand. Likes do nothing for content creators. It’s the reblogs. Because that’s how you find shit on your dashboard. Through reblogs. Not likes. This isn’t twitter or tiktok or instagram. This is a website that’s run by the reblog system.

Reblogging helps content creators put their stuff out there. Why do you think so many people stopped writing fanfic and creating beautiful fanart and edits? It’s because they put in hours of work and don’t get nearly enough notes for their masterpieces. Yes we do this because we enjoy it but like...some validation won’t hurt. A boost of confidence here and there might be all someone needs to finish whatever thing they started and left.
