what if i dont look good even when im skinny bc of bone structure

what if i get overwhelmed and give up

what if my family/friends get in my way

what if i’m never satisfied

what if i stop and gain it all back and more

what if i never stop and i die

what if i dont look good even when im finally skinny

reassurance

even if my bone structure sucks i will still look better skinny

i can take this one day at a time and not get overhwlmed

i will not let anyone get in my way, i will cite veganism, sugar free, exercise, and age, and i will be 18 soon and control my own diet

if i am not satisfied i will work from there–stay in the present

i will not stop and i will not gain it all back, i am determined and focused and motivated

i will not die

i will look better when im skinny even if i dont look amazing
