Oh, so that's why someone thought I'm "bad". It seems to me that in every post I'll need to write in HUGE LETTERS that “My AU is not the Rebornica's AU”! ... Okay, now let's get serious. Mike is 32 years old now and Jeremy is 28, there is not much of an age difference between them. Jeremy came from a nearby town to attend art college, and Mike was the first person he befriended away from home.

He really is in this AU… or was, because Jeremy's mother (alive, by the way!) noticed her husband's terrible behavior in time and divorced him. Now she is married to a wonderful man who loves Jeremy like his own son. And don't forget about Harry Fitzgerald! He is Jeremy's uncle on his father's side.

But since we're talking about father figures, I want to mention Scott. Despite the fact that both of his sons died, he still doesn't give up his habits. He tries to take care of his younger colleagues, gives some advice, gives affection and attention (to everyone except Vincent).
