I am IN LOVE with the new warrior cats graphic novel!! I love the art style so so so much its so expressive and fun and they adapted the story into comic format really well! I am just so impressed love and i cant wait for the next books, i hope they end up adapting lots more (all the books would be quite the workload though haha) so here take a firepaw in the graphic novel gorgeous art style

a photo of a white strok, a large wading bird with a relatively slender and long body, long thin legs, a long neck and a long, strong and pointy beak, standing in grass. the bird's feathers are mostly dirty white, with black feathers at the lower back, primaries of the wings and tail. the neck is quite long and curved but relatively thick, the eyes are black and round and a thin black strip around the eye reaches torwards the base of the beak. the beak is straight and thick, thicker at the base and getting thinner at the tip. the upper beak is slightly larger than the lower beak. the beak, legs and feet are a deep red in colour, with many uneven patches, especially at the legs. the feet are relatively small, with short black claws. the individual in the photo has one of its legs raised.
a range map of the white stork. it shows africa and the western half of asia. most of central- and eastern europe, the area around the caucasus, a large spot south-east of the Aral sea, most of the iberian peninsula and the western parts of the northern coast of africa are marked in green to indicate breeding range. a thick horizontal strip in africa right underneath the Sahara, most of the South of africa save for a bit along the western coast, reaching up until the subsaharan strip but not going further west than lake victoria, reaching the base of the horn of africa but excluding a bit of the tanzanian coast, and a bit of the somalian coast, along with a bit of the Omani coast, a large spot in and around the area of Pakistan and several small spots scattered around India are marked in blue to indicate non-breeding range. the blue and green areas are connected by several red arrows showing the migratory paths.
