— Brianna felt a new surge of power and hunger coursing through her deathly cold veins when she first took her first breathe of air after “dying” for a few minutes. Her sire was her ex-husband, she trained under him before ultimately killing him for the lolz and sillies :3 (she wanted to remove all traces of her life). It took a while for it to really settle in that this is indeed her new life—which then she absolutely adored. She loved her new life

— Ngl she hates how Tzimisce and fellow Ventrues just use their disciplines for domination. Dr. Kelley is an intelligent woman who admires those who are actively seeking more knowledge, and she doesn’t like how most of them are just not using their stuff as she sees fit.
30. Do they have a clan that they do particularly like?
— Ohhh she admires how most Tremere use their disciplines for knowledge and power. One of her top surgeons in her hospital is a Tremere, probably the only other person that Dr. Kelley actually is pleased about. She also admires how the Nosferatus know a lot, and she allows them in her hospital’s basement from time to time in exchange for knowledge (because a Ventrue girlie has to have knowledge over her enemies of course!!)
These nights are about to get a lot more eventful...

In the World Of Darkness games - both of them - vampires are paralysed if they have a stake through their hearts. And this is considered "one of their weaknesses is having a stake through their heart"
But if you ram a stake through a human's heart, they just fucking die, which I think we would all agree is a worse consequence then being temporarily paralysed.
Ergo, by any reasonable standard, it's actually humans who are vulnerable to stakes through the heart, while vampires are resistant to them.
