The Psyche Devil (Or Seishin as they prefer going by) has a rather human-ish appearance. Their abilities consist of the mind. Telekinetic energy, mind reading, and mind control. Due to their abilities, they were seen as rather useful. So the Public Safety Devil Hunters offered them a place on the team in return for protection, and they took it.
