im gonna conclude from what ive read now that green arrow is very anticapitalistic and anti fascist and that green arrow is a conservative man who had never challenged his beliefs before and defaults to obeying authority

hal basically comes off as a policeman who thought that having a power and good intentions meant he was serving justice
