But, glass half full perspective: the less episodes a show has to tell a story, the more hyper-intentional the directors and writers and actors have to be with their choices. My favorite albums are the pared down ones, where the artist only included the “cream of the crop” songs. Restraints are limiting, but sometimes it’s not about pushing the limit and more about the limit pushing you.

Hmm. If this is true I hope they make it two seasons again, because there’s a LOT happening in TVL…

According to AMC Studios International website, S3 will have 8 episodes.

There is no official information about the script, the production, etc. but this number would be in line with previous seasons.
