i imagine gojo being really busy in the days leading up to geto leaving, so if nanami (bless him) ever did relay the souvenirs, geto would’ve left it at gojo’s desk. i can also imagine nanami not giving geto any souvenirs (he has other priorities, like lugging haibara’s body back to the school), so geto (having already promised gojo souvenirs from haibara) buys sweets to put on gojo’s desk. but with his mental state, geto probably didn’t do anything about the souvenirs, so he’d be lying to haibara here :’)
