Everyone has bad days

Everyone has bad days, even me. Even I struggle to let myself feel emotions. But you need to remember that it’s okay to feel, even emotions that aren’t happy.

Sadness and anger are completely valid emotions. You don’t have to force yourself to be happy all the time. It’s okay to not feel good somedays. Don’t forget yourself to be a certain way to please others, this is your life. Live it the way you want to. Let yourself feel.

Cry, if you need to. Scream into a pillow, if it’ll help. Just do what you need to do to help you get through difficult times.

Regression and mental health aren’t always colorful and soft. Sometimes it’s dark and chaotic. No one knows what you need better than you. Just remember one thing if you will. It’s gotten better before, and it will get better again. It’s all gonna be fine 💕
