What type of programs and brushes do you use?

I use Procreate which I’m not super happy about cause my iPad and this program doesn’t really like each other that much (having plans on buying Huion when I’m able to) but I gotta work with what I have

And the brushes I usually use are:

FOR SKETCH

6B Pencil (sketching category) - if you lower opacity or you don’t, whatever, it’s one of my favourite to draw, used him for lineart for some time, highly recommend

FOR LINEART

Dry Ink (inking category) - a bit fuzzy and fluffy, how it should be

Mercury (inking category) - is fine until, you start to struggle with pen pressure and it goes from a small dot to biggest shit I’ve seen - low-key fine, a bit uncomfortable

Tinderbox (inking category) - similar to dry ink, but more transparent

Monoline (calligraphy category) - for more graphic designs than actual artworks, it gives very professional feeling; also used when I have no soul or when I work for publishing house; overall not my favourite, line is usually stubborn af

Narinder Pen (sketching category) - for text. Period. Best boy for text

FOR COLOURING

Syrup (inking category) - gives a nice, smooth outline to fill up with flat colour, not Monoline pen, highly recommended

Eaglehawk (drawing category) - my recent found; very good pen for shading and gently mixing colours together. I usually use him to colour Ranboo! It’s like, Ranboo pen. Also very good for concept art

Oberon (drawing category) - just like his neighbour Eaglehawk, very good for concept and for shading, though a little more stubborn. Gotta push him a bit to make it do something

Quackity 🤝 George

Sam is refered to as having a fatherly realationship w/ them in the wiki (my brain is just like "mmmmmm George and youger brother Quackity...." Hdhdj)

They even act like brothers!! My mistake by overlooking the opportunity to draw both of them lol could have done betterhdhfnnf
