I always find it very interesting that when someone stops dieting and begins eating intuitively, the more often than not response is to gain some weight

imagine that. letting go of the obsession and just letting yourself find joy in delicious food typically ends up gaining weight.

living freely and loving your body and accepting yourself as you are usually ends up gaining weight.

I don’t think that’s just a coincidence.

A little over a year ago I started this blog with a sequence I posted on a whim. Since then this blog has received a lot of attention and I’ve enjoyed every bit of it.
