{Story time} I can't believe someone thought this-

Evening everyone! Een here with a short story I wanted to share, it happened earlier today and it still confuses me.

Okay let's get the obvious out of the way-

This is my pen

Just your average ink pen. I use it to outline my traditional pieces and I also use it to write.

This pen is the focus of this short story-

So what happened was, I was doing my work and I had my pen and a pencil out. I was using my pen earlier to correct my homework from the previous night and when my teacher was done reviewing the hw, I set my pen down and started working on tonight's hw with my pencil. I was minding my own business when the guy next to me gets up and spots my pen. He, I kid you not, looked at me and said, "I thought your pen was a vape pen."

I just stare at him, dumbfounded, how does one mistake an INK pen for a vape pen???

I refocus and go back to my work, then when he comes back to sit down he looks at me again and tells me how he though my pen was a 'wax pen'. Again, I just stare at him in confusion and think to myself , "Is he high or something??". After a few minutes the bell rings and I head to my next class. After that small event, the day continues as normal.

But I just don't understand how someone can mistake an ink pen for what he saw-

This man was a legacy and inspiration to everyone young and old. He not only help and rescue animals, he also taught us the importance and how to show respect to these animals.

Unlike you PETA, this guy actually cared for animal welfare by setting up a 1000 acre park where all animals, temporary and permanent are given the upmost care and respect and not euthanised because “it’s more humane.”

For you to try and smear this great man’s name with your bullshit propaganda is the most disrespectful act you can do.

Unlike your cult leader Ingrid Newkirk, this man made a positive impact on the earth with his kind-hearted nature and personality.
