'Ernest Henry Cooper 1891–1970, stoker Royal Navy in uniform of HMS Queen. Served aboard HMS Queen 5 June 1914 – 18 March 1919 and was present aboard HMS Queen at landings at Gallipoli 1915. Subsequently, worked at Fiat car factory, Wembley, worked as a labourer on Wembley Stadium (had to stamp up and down to test stability new stadium), attended the 1923 FA Cup Final after hiding in toilets, attended British Empire Exhibition 1923 and worked for London, Midland and Scottish Railway at Stonebridge Park Power Station (from c.1925).
