Today, at work, I handled an american client for the first time. She called my department while looking for something completely unrelated to my job, complained that she couldn't reach us while we were closed, and promply called back asking to speak to the manager when she was unable to get in touch with the colleague I had directed her to. I restrained from switching to English and giving her a piece of my mind under the assumption that we might do business with her, but told my colleagues that, should they encounter her later, they are free to use "Karen" as her first name.

You know the story, multiple disabilities, gf and I semi homeless staying in hotels. Worked all night and its some odd hours till the room is due and this probably wont work in time but i have to try something.
