UPDATE

PARKER IS STILL ALIVE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

He defo has a lot personality and I think he has the floppy leg birth defect because he can’t walk properly. (He can move his toes and grab things with his feet but it’s not a very strong hold) He can’t seem to stand up properly without a lil bit of help so I’m worried he’ll never be able to be released. I know of some therapy techniques for this defect that helps a bit (used to hatch chicks and a couple of them had it) so if he gets a bit bigger I’m gonna try some of them. (Try to get some more strength in his legs)

Also I might have to find a new food for him because I’m not sure he’s digesting it. (Poop looks almost identical to the food)

All in all, he is still alive and I am so glad!!!

Chat meet Parker!!!

We went to the mall to get some new converse (sadly did not get the knee highs 😔) and we were walking back to the car and we past a restaurant on the way. Well this lady was standing there looking really hard at the mulch by the restaurant so naturally being the nosy bitch I am I had to look too.

THERE WAS A FREAKING BABY BIRD THAT HAD FALLEN OFF THE ROOF OF THE BUILDING AND THE LADY MOVED IT WITH A NAPKIN INTO THE MULCH!!!!

We were already on our way home and we have cared for a couple other baby rescues before so my mom had the bright idea to take him home with us to at least give the little guy a fighting chance. Anyways we have everything we need (this is our first bird tho so any tips would be amazing) and I decided to name him Parker because it’s similar to the restaurant name.

Getting to go on “date” with my ex which is really just taking advantage of a free baseball game ticket (hp themed so hyped) to Scene Queen is honestly such a slay
