Leigh Bardugo could write 13 books with the Crows as the main characters doing absolutely NOTHING with no real plot other than them hanging out and bickering with each other–and i would buy and rate 5 stars every single one of them.

as much as i love the romance between cardan and jude, i wish more people would discuss the relationship between jude and madoc

at the beginning of the series jude says that despite everything, she loves madoc, it’s just an uncomfortable form of love

i just think their relationship is so interesting to explore and creates a whole debate of nature vs nurture and if madoc was a good father figure or not
