The thing that gets me is Hima is doing the same shit WE are all doing by shoving these little nation dudes into Situations, the only difference is everything he makes is canon

I also hc that gov workers are pretty formal when it comes to nations, they are usually expected to refer to them by their last names. So there is always a distinction when nations start referring to each other at work by their first names, nicknames, pet names, and new employees are struggling to keep up. 

-leans over and whispers during a meeting- “Wait, who is Mattie?”

“That’s Mr. Williams.”

“Oh…” 

And then they’ll get corrected if they accidentally use the first names.

“So me and Alfred were at this bar when - “

“Jones.”

“…sorry?”

“He’s your nation, private, he was there when the shots fired at Lexington and Concord. We refer to him as Jones.”
