Could be posssible, it was never mentioned in the book, once again. But personally i feel like none of her ancestors since the bloodmark had any siblings. I don't know exactly what tells me this but it feels like each mother got a daughter, stopped having children and prepared for their deaths. I don't know why they would stop having children, but i just have this inkling.
