Kinda tired of ghosts being portrayed as scary and spooky with that cobwebs and dark houses and angry ghosts coming for you through the ouija boards horror aesthetic.

Why not more ghosts wearing sunglasses and skating through abandoned streets. Ghosts scrolling through your internet history when you ain’t looking. Your tv is on and you don’t remember turning it on? A ghost was just watching Ed Edd and Eddy. All your Pepsi’s gone? Ghost drank it all, maybe they don’t need it cause they’re dead, but they just like the taste. Ghosts sneaking into movie theaters and walking through clothing stores. Throwing paper airplanes in class and listening to your gossip.

I’m not haunting, I’m just chillin.

What I’ve noticed in the community (which got me thinking if alterhumanity is actually result or symptom of it) is that the majority – if not 95% – of ‘kin are ND. Personally, I do believe I am alterhuman because of that, but here’s a little poll as to what % of us on Tumblr are indeed neurodivergent and alterhuman just out of curiosity:

Fun thing you can do to do to get more in touch with your kintype if you are a vampire, ghost, demon, etc When at someone’s doorstep, explicitly ask if you are invited in. Like “may I come in?” Because in lots of mythologies, creatures of the night cannot enter your home unless they’re invited. And if you have a kin friend that does this.. Don’t be the buttface that says no XD.
