potrzebujemy do tego

200g makaronu konjac (20kcal)

100g pieczarek (17kcal)

100g cukinii (17kcal)

4 łyżki stołowe sosu sojowego z mniejsza ilością soli(40kcal)

( ja dodałam jeszcze szczypte pieprzu-3kcal)

1. najpierw podgrzewany troche patelnie i na odrobinie wody dusimy pokrojone pieczarki i cukinie (doslownie kilka minut, tylko podgrzewamy)

2. dodajemy do tego już odsączony i gotowy makaron konjac i dodajemy 4 łyżki stołowe sosu sojowego

3. dusimy to przez kolejne kilka minut ( polecam mieszać ogólnie co jakiś czas żeby się nie przypaliły warzywa)

4. dodajemy pieprz ( lub inna przyprawę)

5. można podać sobie już na talerz, lub jak ja, najpierw odcedzić sos sojowy

Miałam atak paniki w łazience bo rodzice zmusili mnie do zjedzenia kolacji. Ziemniaki smażone na maśle są moim koszmarem. Nie mam pojęcia ile to miało kalorii. Nie wiem ile masła w tym było. Random d!3t I'm doing. The "you can't 3@t until you do __" d!3t. Let me explain. So I know that everyone always says "busy girls are sk!ññy girls" but a lot of us don't have many things to do or we're just not active people so this will solve that. Just start off by deep cleaning your room saying "I can't 3@t until I finish this" then usually by the time you're done with your room you're going to have some dishes you need to put in the sink. Whenever you're done with the dishes you're going to say how "I can't 3at, I already did the dishes I'm going to need to clean the kitchen to go with it" and just continue until it's bedtime. Be creative with it. Like check all emails separately or read that whole book you've been putting off. Trust me this is one of the most effective d!ets I've done (not really a d!3t but whatever)

Kolejny filmem jest "Aż do kości". Film jest łatwo dostępny, można obejrzeć na Netflix. Opowiada o 20. letniej anorektyczne Ellen która idzie na przymusową terapię.

"Moja chuda siostra" film jest dostępny w całości na YouTube. Starsza siostra - Kaja - jest utalentowaną łyżwiarką o zacięciu i urodzie. Jej młodsza siostra z nadwagą i słabością do trenera starszej siostry próbuje jej dorównać.

"Szczyt głodu" można obejrzeć na CDA w całości. Film jest o Frannie Hunter która od kąd sięga pamięcią stara się dorównać swojej chudszej siostrze Shelly. Matka dziewcząt ma obsesję na punkcie fizycznej doskonałości.

Codziennie pijesz jak nie kawę to herbatę. W szkole czytasz książki a wafel ryżowy starcza ci na całe lekcje. Po szkole wracasz do domu słuchając muzyki widząc jak ciemno już jest. W domu uczysz się z herbatką a na koniec umyta przygotowujesz sobie coś niskokalorycznego do jedzenia i oglądasz ulubiony serial. Już czekam na tą jesień 🍁🖤

🎮 - only eat real food when you’re not at your pc or whatever, no matter how hard it is to tear yourself away from it. try to be quick, so you can get back to the fun stuff!

🎮 - drink as many 0c drinks as you want, and chew sugar free gum! snacks just distract you, and get crumbs everywhere. you dont want to be THAT guy

🎮 - only eat meals after 6pm, and set little goals for yourself. for example, theres NO way you could manage to eat without finishing this level, or that quest. you’d be so distracted from the food thinking about it that there wouldn’t even be a point to eating at all.

🎮 - wake up late, and stay up late.

Guys w Rossmannie jest taki słodzik w tabletkach 1200 szt za jakieś 5 zł, jedna ma 0,02kcal i pomagają na głód cukrowy!! Na początku wydają się dziwne ale później są słodkie polecam totalnie (ja rozpuszczam na języku i wystarczają na długo, 1tabs to jak 1 kostka cukru)

❤︎₊ ⊹ studying is soo important and sometimes dis0rdered eating gets in the way, so we have to do everything we can to avoid brain fog while maintaining high grades!

tips:

make sure you’re getting enough electrolytes! you can do that by drinking lots of sparkling water (or still if you don't like the taste)

eat nutritious foods! some good l0w cāl options are fruits and veggies, eggs, berries, and more

sleep is soo important to keep your brain running!! try to get at least 9 hours or more every night + sleeping helps with avoiding f00d cravings!

even if you don’t eat the rest of the day, you need to have a protein rich breakfast! that way, you’ll have plenty of energy and your blood sugar will remain low, so you’ll feel satisfied for longer

exercise is a must! every time you feel braing f0g coming, go on a walk!! you have to move your body, whether it's for 10 minutes or an hour (more on that below)

caffeine is your best friend! drink your coffee without sugar, but feel free to add a pinch of cinnamon instead!! if you don't like your coffee black, pour in some milk (either almond, coconut, or oat)

dress warm and comfortable!! being sk1nny means being cold all the time and you don't want to get sick!

don't beat yourself up for e4ting. we all make mistakes and sometimes we have to listen to our bodies and prioritise our wellbeing. just do better next time.
