i think dan really values phil’s creativity. it all started with him watching phil’s videos after all, and he’s referenced phil as a creative person numerous times. i think dan really treasures phil’s lateral thinking and just his general weirdness. i think dan admires phil’s intelligence. seemingly one of his favourite things to do is remind us every chance he gets about phil’s degrees. i think dan is attracted to phil’s kindness. ‘phil is just a lovely person.’

phil is harder because he’s not as vocal as dan. i think phil values dan’s ambition and his drive to push them both forward and into new opportunities. i can imagine phil is attracted to the part of dan that doesn’t take shit from people, because that’s something phil struggles with. it’s not as simple as this but i can imagine phil is attracted to the side of dan as protector and champion of phil when he may not be able to do that for himself. i think he is attracted to dan’s musical abilities.

i imagine phil is attracted to the strength it’s taken dan to continue to work hard for his recovery. i imagine dan is attracted to all the years of emotional support phil must have given him before and during that recovery.

i think they’re attracted to each other’s senses of humour. they each think the other is the funniest person in the world.

i think they take pride in how much they have in common and how good a team they make when they’re together. it really seems like above all they’re attracted to their togetherness.

Hello people of the internet. I’m from Brooklyn, IA in the U.S. A girl named 💙Mollie Tibbits💙 used to go to the same school as me has gone missing. Mollie was dog sitting for her boyfriend’s friend the night she went missing. Mollie is 20 years old and was last seen jogging around Brooklyn. She hasn’t been seen since 10 p.m on Wednesday July 18th. On Thursday morning she did not respond to any text and didn’t show up to work that day.

She is with her phone (but it is dead or turn off) and Fitbit, but she is without her car and glasses/contacts. Mollie is around 5’3” and weighs around 120 pounds. She is a sweet girl and would never do anything like this.

If you’re European, in a couple of weeks you will be denied any and all access to fandom contents on Tumblr and everywhere else on the internet. Here’s why.

On June, 20th the JURI of European Parliament approved of the articles 11 and 13 of the new Copyright Law. These articles are also known as the “Link Tax” and the “Censorship Machines” articles.

Articles 13 in particular forces every internet platform to filter all the contents we upload online, ending once and for all the fandom culture. Which means you won’t be able to upload any type of fandom works like fan arts, fan fictions, gif sets from your favourite films and series, edits, because it’s all copyrighted material. And you won’t also be able to share, enjoy or download other’s contents, because the use of links will be completely restricted.

But not everything’s lost yet. There’s another round of voting scheduled for the early days of July.

What you can do now to save our internet, is to share these informations with all of your family members and friends, and to ask to your MEP (the members of the European Parliament from your country) to vote NO at the next round, to vote against articles 11 and 13.

Can you PLEASE tell me how you save up your money to go on all these cool trips and do such cool things ??? .... ? .? Like ?? ? ???? What’s the trick

Hahaha I 100% can’t save my money any better than you do… but I did recently start using a new app that helped me pay for my last trip to Europe :) All you have to do is add your credit/debit cards to my account and the app does the rest. It automatically scans the web an applies all the coupons it finds for the stores you shop at to your orders. It also gave me an INSANE amount of cash back at all the stores I shopped at (almost everywhere). I’ve had the app for a month now and paid for my round-trip to Europe. It’s called Dosh, I was skeptical on downloading the app at first but once I saw it featured on all the high-end magazines I had to get it. That’s all I really do though, download it here if you wanna try it lol

(hey i managed to finish this just in time for valentine!) i’ve been listening to some harry/draco audiofics and was inspired to paint a little something as thanks to the hp fandom, since i can’t actually write and all. Thank you guys for your work!

When I was 16, I had a fake I.D. and decided to go to a gay bar by myself because some friends bailed on me. While there, an older gentleman bought me a drink. He wasn’t a creeper, and he definitely wasn’t unattractive. I accepted the drink and began talking to him. No big deal. As the hour progressed, I felt myself feeling strange. I mentioned that I felt like I had a headache, and this guy helped guide me out of the bar. As we were walking down the street, the thought of, ‘Oh god, he’s drugged me, I’m going to die’ came to my head. I tried to get away, but I was so drugged up that I could barely walk, let alone speak. It also didn’t help that I had really large ‘goth’ platform shoes because I was going through a phase. Anyway, this guy brought me to his suv and began undressing me. As a final act of defiance, I hit him over the head with my platform shoe. He then punched me, and I remember thinking, ‘Why don’t they ever give workshops to gay guys about being victims of rape too?’ While I was as careful as possible, I never saw the guy slip something in the drink. I even watched the bar tender make the drink. Anyway, I lied there completely paralyzed while this pervert was lubing up. I locked eyes with his for a moment, and that’s when it happened. A very large and angry drag queen opened the door of the vehicle and beat the shit out of my attempted rapist. She and her other drag friends helped dress and care for me while the police arrived. I was saved by a group of guardian drag queens. They were basically the modern day ‘angels from heaven.’

Jace’s Mental Health

One thing about 3x07 that I forgot to mention.

I haaaaated that they brushed off Jace’s mental health, like they do everything with him… Just because he is possessed and not actually psychotic doesn’t mean that he doesn’t need help with his mental health and that he’s not struggling with certain issues. 

Jace is a person that has been abused as a child, both physically and emotionally and his abuser even killed him, he was stabbed to death by a person who raised him. That same person abused him again when he was adult and forced him into doing things that he didn’t want to.

Jace was also sexually assaulted by Lilith, because that’s what that kiss was.. He is also suicidal and he tried to end his life twice before and it seems like he want to die again in 3x08. He was forced to kill his grandmother… All of this leaves emotional scars.

Jace Wayland/Lightwood/Herondale deserves so much better, his story should be told and his suffering should be addressed. Imagine what it’s like for people who went through some of the things he’s going through when they see how easily they brush off his suffering. Do better Shadowhunters.

Give Jace some love goddamit.

I don’t see how anyone can continue to argue that Jace somehow brought this on himself after tonight. He’d been trying like hell to fight against what was happening to him, and failed so many times, he was willing to beg Alec and Izzy to kill him. 

You guys are just heartless.

I don’t usually use Tumblr for political purposes, but this is so important to me. 

The 8th amendment in Irish constitutional law means women have no access to abortion services. In any situation. Not if you’ve been raped. Not if you’re 12 years old. Not if very far along, you discover your baby has no chance of life after you give birth. 

As it’s illegal to seek an abortion, there is also a huge, suffocating silence around it. This video is a friend of mine, reading one of the stories from the Facebook page ‘Women of the Eight’, where people anonymously tell their stories. 

If you care, please reblog, or think about donating. Non-Irish US interests are pouring money into the anti-choice camp, funding all kinds of horrible campaigns. The national vote to repeal the 8th and allow access is on May 25th.
