I've seen this rabbit-themed hotpot restaurant referenced twice in-game. Once from a poster in the elevator at Xavier's apartment (pictured right) and then again in Xavier's Anecdotes (pictured left). When Frank/Frankie is shadowing Xavier for his paper on hunters, Xavier takes him there for a meal.

From the poster below (stitched together from three screenshots lol), we can see it's highly rated at 5 stars. And they specifically advertise seafood and fresh meat.
