Ya'll, I need help.

So I remember playing this game but, I can't remember the name of it! In the game you play as this lost prince solving puzzles on this giant fricking island and you can yell to control lights. During the game there is this fennec fox spirit thing helping you throughout the story, there's also this spooky tall man that just casually watches you from a distance and if u stand where he stood, u see him where you were staring at him. The last part I was on was on a puzzle with this weird bird thing that wants to kill u. Also u can collect toys, pieces of lullabies, and skins.
