Please help my cat Sonya

I'm so sorry that I'm doing this, but I don't know what else to do at this point. A few days ago I noticed an irritated bald spot at my cat's right hine leg. At first I thought she might have gotten hurt while crawling somewhere at home (she's a completely indoors cat), but the spot continues growing. She keeps frantically licking it and doesn't let anyone touch it. I'm really concerned now because she has lost weight over these last days, started limping and a similar spot is slowly appearing on her left leg. Sonya's 13 years old and never had any serious health issues so it makes me even more worried.

My parents say we can't afford taking her to the vet now because we need to cover our bill depts and the bank doesn't allow me to expand my card's credit limit. I live in Ukraine and still am a uni student with no stable income. So I would greatly appreciate any help right now!

Sorry for the poor quality, she doesn't let anyone touch her legs so it's hard to take a photo. The spot is actually bigger than it looks in this pic, because the surrounding fluff is covering it, same with the left leg.
