I think I’ve talked about this before with w.riothesley, but I will never not be obsessed with the scenario of “character’s wg/stuffing as the culmination their many loved ones each giving them small snacks/food”. it’s SUCH a good visual metaphor for how loved they are, and also… something that tickles such a specific part of my horny brain.

i think he can burp like LOUD dude and he probably gets more unraveled as he gets more stuffed like he'd start showing off and playing with it and maybe unbuttoning his coat you get it

you could get to him easy to and then make him go eat more food to console himself yes for sure no doubts honestly and that chest window he has makes it super obvious if his chest gets soft

he also probably got gifts from the people of sumeru as a thank you for saving sumeru and although he put them aside he decided he would start munching on them and that added like 20 pounds to the already heavy 50 pounds and i bet he noticed as his gut progressively got bigger in his lap and how his chest and arms had started looking bigger and softer
