Everyday I get a little bit more obsessed with Simeon/Satan lore. The theory that if Simeon chose to fall with the brothers instead of being neutral like he was means that Satan probably wouldn't have existed. It's shown multiple times that Simeon and Satan have very similar interests, personalities, and opinions, the major difference being that Satan is very emotional to the point of self destruction and Simeon masks his emotions to the point of being self destructive. Also the implications that Simeon's major sin being wrath (represented by his glowsticks) and how its implied that he was always destined to permanently leave the celestial realm one way or another.
