I think I’d have to say Doctor Popee. I love his design a lot.
He also sold his soul to the Ryuji Masuda equivalent of Satan just because he didn’t want to go to college, and I still can’t get over that.
Am I the only one who sees Popee wearing Willy Wonka esq “smart boy” or “nerd” clothes? (I’m sorry, I don’t know how to describe that)
I can also see him wearing slightly cutesy greaser clothes, cause he’s a delinquent in a daily basis, but I feel like the opposite would fit more?
