BTS came into our lives when we needed them the most because:

We needed a voice to tell our struggles. By their lyrics, their words resonated with us more than once.

We needed a soul to love us. By their warm acts, we learned what it is like to be one.

We needed a hand to try to reach us. By their messages and letters, We learned that sometimes a simple ‘I miss you’ to a single ‘I love you’ can heal us all.

We needed someone to help us forget. By existing alone, by laughing with each other, we forget about the hard life and strains.

We needed a sound to live. By their soothing songs, our heart felt at ease. By their comforting songs, our heart felt at peace. By their encouraging songs, our heart started to beat again.

We needed hope in people to keep on loving and living. By their strong bond, they taught us that in this word, humans can be kind and love each other wildly. (Cr tr twt vmination - A letter from Taehyung to Jimin)

We needed a reason to continue breathing. By BTS’ existence alone, we woke up the next morning not feeling so worthless because we were someone’s reason to relish.

For all the ones who went through a hard path, for all the ones who once wished for an end, for all the ones who found comfort in BTS’ music and existence, for all the ones who are still trying to find joy in a day as dark as a moonless night. This post is for you to say, life takes our hope away then gives us a reason to live. You either grab it with your teeth or you leave it to go. Seize this light and run or at least crawl.
