* What is the limitation of summoning and manifesting a soul: like, is there a time window he has to obey? Or can Withers just pluck anybody he wants from the Astral Plane?

Just throwing it out there, what of Tav was a widow/widower? Could Withers help them out with summoning their lost loved one? Or do the results of the summoning depend on the body's condition, or time passed? Or was his ability to summon hireling solely related to the imbalance the Absolutists were causing?
