No, Meggy didn't forgive Mr. Puzzles, no she didn't forget Western Spaghetti and IGBP, no the mini arc was not for naught, yes SMG4 has always been like this, yes the writers know what they're doing, yes this arc is a build up arc just like many past arcs and things will play out in due time and we won't be disappointed.
