i decided to make a physical script for my stranger things dr and simplified it a bit. I just didn’t write the scenarios i scripted in notion bc it’s A LOT (but ofc my subconscious know what i want from my notion script). I’m trying out the pillow method and using loa, if anyone has any tips it’d be appreciated !

A simplified version of how to reality shift


Clarification: you don't need a method!!
• With this method you don't need a script or a routine before shifting.
Steps:
1. Enter a meditative state (any way you want)
2. When you're about to fall asleep, you're there
3. In this state you will begin to see complete darkness (void state, where your intentions are stronger)
4. You will begin to think/visualize what reality you want to go to, where your body is and in what position and you will begin to incorporate your five senses.
5. That is, you begin to become aware of your DR (but said like that it sounds a bit complicated, although it is NOT)
6. When you feel that you have already shifted DO NOT OPEN YOUR EYES, continue concentrating a bit more on your five senses and -try- not to get so excited so as not to run the risk of ""being sent back""
If you don't understand very well about the five senses and "being aware" of your DR, here I explain it a little better
• I put this with "steps" but it was just to organize it a little more, it's a short method actually
