I just want Gimli and Legolas to get fangasms over World of Warcraft, conventions, physics, Game of Thrones, whatever. I don't care. Just make them all cute and nerdy. With 50's style glasses, knitted cardigans, discussions about fandoms.

There already is some adorable fanart for the prompt, but I read the minifill thats also attatched to the prompt and fell in love. I wanted to get in on the action too.

Sparrington has been my OTP since 2006. I see my fandoms as a series of lights; new fandoms can burn explosive but short like fireworks or warm and strong like a bonfire. And when they are constant and steady and last years they turn into lighthouses off in the distance. Still burning, still bright, but in the background.

James, Elizabeth, Madame Jack Sparrow. There was some fic once upon a time of him as a brothel madame. Oh but then there's the other one where Barbossa forces him to dress in the 'Scarlett' red dress and hnng... so hot. All you need to get from this is Sparrow is a sexy lady.

One of my favorite fics I ever read was about how Jack Sparrow wasn't a man at all but some sort of sea monster. I can't remember much about it other than the soldiers were afraid to go neat his cell because they would see terrible things in the shadows.

I wanted, no, needed to contribute to the fem Bilbo model AU pibroch and ewelock have masterfully created. I have been overwhelmed with feels since I first looked at the glorious artwork and amazing words. 

So here's my small, shitty offering in hopes that this will appease me till another update happens, or more fanart is created. Seriously, everyone read this. I ignored it because I thought it sounded crack-ish. It's the best thing ever.
