hey if you’re a pinterest user that saves fanart and reuploads it unsourced to pinterest, can you fucking don’t.

this account has thousands of stolen drawings. All of my friends have had their art posted in here (even one who’s only posted a handful of things and didn’t even tag them!). Almost none of them are hyperlinked back the original accounts, and they’re all original uploads. If you’ve ever posted in the Miraculous Ladybug fandom either on here or instagram, your art has probably been stolen by this person.

this sucks. this is not flattering. this is stressful and annoying. I’m just thankful I’ve started near-religiously watermarking my shit, so there’s some way for people to get back to me.

This is just one person. I know there are countless more accounts that are the same. If you are this user, or user that does this, fucking stop. Delete every reposted artwork you’ve posted. Sometimes pinning links is better, because then people have a way to get back to the original artist, but even then I’m wary about it, because other pinterest art thieves will just steal from your pins.
